Relevance of using the presented models

Individual heat metering allows you to save thermal energy and pay for it according to actual consumption. In systems with vertical wiring, radiator counter-distributors are used.

The models presented in our assortment meet all established requirements and have a calibration interval of 10 years.

Main models of heat spreaders

  1. Versions INDIV-3 and INDIV-3R. These distributors have one built-in temperature sensor. Such devices use the principle of accumulating the resulting reading over time at a rate that is determined by the output signal of the built-in sensor.
  2. Versions INDIV-3R2 and INDIV-3RD. These models have 2 temperature sensors (heater surface and ambient air). In the INDIV-3R2 distributor both sensors are built into the housing. In the NDIV-3RD device, the air temperature sensor is built-in, and the surface sensor of the heating device is remote.

All types of distributors allow you to store and display the resulting reading on a preset day of the year. The devices are used in internal systems heating.

Any distributor can be installed on:

  1. Sectional radiator made of cast steel or cast iron.
  2. Aluminum battery heating.
  3. Tubular and panel radiators.
  4. Pipe registers.
  5. Convectors.

The heat distributor solves the following problems:

  1. Accumulation of consumption readings.

The Doprimo 3 Radio heating cost allocator is completely similar in principle of operation, design, installation methods and dimensions to the conventional Doprimo 3 allocator.
The distributor is powered by a built-in battery with a service life of at least 10 years.

When using of this type distributors there is no need to organize and perform expensive and time-consuming visual reading of data, although the possibility of visual reading is fully preserved as in distributors without a radio unit.
The ability to simultaneously obtain reliable data on all distributors in the entire building for a specific day or period of time allows for calculations of heat consumption by apartments on a monthly basis, i.e. as is usual for domestic consumers.

Additional features of the Doprimo 3 Radio distributor:
The distributor has a built-in transceiver radio unit (868.9 MHz) for remote data collection with an antenna located inside the distributor housing. To check the device readings, you do not need to enter the apartments.
removing the device from the state warehousing and initial programming is carried out using a kit consisting of two compact devices: PDA (microcomputer) and MGW (control unit). Programming is carried out via a radio channel, therefore there are no optical inputs on the housing of the Doprimo 3 Radio distributor.
for additional monitoring of the condition of the Doprimo 3 Radio distributor, it contains a sensor that detects the removal of the device from the surface of the radiator (dismantling). The corresponding error code indicating the date of its occurrence is recorded in the memory of the electronic unit and displayed when reading the data.
To save battery power, the display on the distributor's built-in display is disabled. The indication can be displayed on the display by pressing the button in the distributor body. The display is active for 4 minutes and then automatically switches off again.

Installation of distributors:
The delivery set and price of the distributors includes fasteners.
By default, distributors are equipped with fasteners for cast iron radiators. This kit consists of two T-bar screws that are inserted into inner part sections of the radiator and two screws that are screwed into the screw brackets and press the aluminum back wall distributor to the outer surface of the radiator. An electronic unit is installed on the rear wall of the distributor; the unit is secured with a plastic latch seal. After installation, the heads of the mounting screws are completely covered by the housing of the electronic distributor unit. Dismantling of the distributor is possible only if the seal is broken.

Fasteners for other types heating devices specified when ordering distributors.

Fastening provided:
for bimetallic sectional radiators- consists of a flat mounting plate and two M3 mounting screws, the distributor is mounted on the outer surface
for convectors KSK and the like - consists of a pressure plate and two M4 screws, the distributor is installed on the roller and does not interfere with the operation of the damper or the installation of the convector protective casing. It is also possible to fasten it with a metal clamp over the fins, if the use of a damper is not intended.
for convectors with box-shaped fins of the Avangard type and the like - fastening is carried out on the vertical fins using M4.3x16 self-tapping screws
for flat-panel or tubular radiators, the jacket of which is filled with coolant during operation - fastening can be done either with glue or with welded bolts M3x12. An ISTA welding gun is used to weld bolts.

Reading data.
Data can be read in various ways:
visual reading - readings are taken from the display. To take readings, you need to get into all the rooms where the distributors are installed. This type reading is no different from reading data from conventional distributors not equipped with a radio unit. To display the readings on the display, you need to press the button on the distributor body.
manual reading via radio channel - data is read using a mobile PDA - MGW kit by an operator who walks along the floors of the building without entering the premises. The range of the radio units of the distributors is 8-10 meters, data can be read from landings or halls on several floors at once. Reading data in one entrance of a multi-storey residential building takes only a few minutes. All data stored in the distributor's memory is available: the current reading on the day of reading, monthly archives - readings on the last day of each of the past 12 months and annual archives - readings on the last day of the past year. More information about the manual data collection system can be found here.
Fully automatic reading of data from all distributors in the house using the Memonic 3 Radio automatic concentrator. The hub is equipped with a transmitting and receiving radio unit for reading data from distributors and a built-in GPRS modem for transmitting collected data to a remote server - data storage. With this method of data collection, the presence of an operator at the site is not required. The hub is completely standalone device, which does not require any external connections. The concentrator is powered by a built-in battery with a service life of at least 10 years. Since one hub can read data from up to 1000 devices, typically only 1 hub is required per home. The collected data is provided in the form of a table with daily readings from the distributors. It is possible to select and filter data by time period, date, distributor number and other parameters. You can view data via the Internet at any time and from any device with an Internet connection. More information about the automatic data collection system can be found here.

For household commercial accounting, the manufacturer offers Sensonic II in a compact and combined form; the main differences are their design: the first is made in the form of a monoblock, and the second is equipped with a remote computer. In addition, the flow meter of the combined device can be equipped with a vane or turbine flow meter.

ISTA's Sensonic II heat meter has a multi-jet vane type flow meter. The single unit also includes an electronic computer and two thermal converters, one of which is directly built into the metering device, and the second is remote. Depending on technical specifications heating system and wiring features, you can choose a model for installation on both the supply and return.

The reliability of the device is guaranteed by using quality materials for the working parts and the body itself: the impeller is made of hard alloys, and brass is used for the body.

The device's computer operates in autonomous mode thanks to power supplied from a built-in battery, the service life of which can reach 10 years. At the same time, the operational life of the heat meter itself is 12 years, and the calibration interval is 4 years.

Installation of the ISTA Sensonic II heat meter in a compact design is allowed on horizontal and vertical pipelines. There is a limitation for a combined device with a turbine flow meter - it is intended only for horizontal pipes, and the condition of a straight section before and after the device, the length of which is at least 5 times the nominal diameter of the flow meter, must be observed.

Cold and hot water vane domaqua m, M-T (hereinafter referred to as meters) are designed to measure the volume of cold and hot water flowing through a pipeline.

Description

The meters consist of a housing, in the flow part of which an impeller rotates under the influence of water flow, and a counting device, the gear mechanism of which is connected to the impeller through a worm pair or magnetic coupling. The operating principle of the counters is based on measuring the speed of the impeller. The water flow is directed through the filter of the inlet pipe of the meter body into the measuring cavity, where the impeller rotates, and enters the outlet pipe. The speed of the impeller is proportional to the volume of water. The rotation of the impeller is transmitted through a worm pair or magnetic coupling to a gear mechanism. The scaling gearbox of the counting mechanism adjusts the speed of the impeller to the value of the volume of flowing water in m3.

The meters can be equipped with a pulse module, M-BUS module, or radio module.
