3.23. Ensures the availability of special clothing at sites, special shoes, and other means personal protection, collective protective equipment and equipment necessary to ensure the safe performance of work at site facilities and monitoring the correctness of their use.

3.24. Instructs workers directly at the workplace on safe methods of performing work, carries out initial, repeated and unscheduled briefings of workers in accordance with labor safety instructions with entries in the workers' briefing log.

3.25. Monitors the timeliness of employee knowledge tests and sends them for training and knowledge testing on safe work methods.

3.26. Organizes the implementation of regulations of regulatory authorities on labor protection.

3.27. Timely reports to higher authorities at the enterprise about industrial accidents, participates in the investigation of incidents in the prescribed manner, development of measures to prevent industrial injuries and monitoring the timeliness of their implementation.

3.28. Organizes control over ensuring cleanliness and order in workplaces, passages and access roads, as well as sufficient illumination of workplaces, proper maintenance and operation of crane runs with systematic (daily) checking of working conditions of workers and taking measures to eliminate identified deficiencies, provides facilities with means visual propaganda on labor protection.

3.29. Ensures the use of technological equipment (scaffolding, scaffolding, protective devices, fastening the walls of pits and trenches, struts, conductors and other devices), construction machines, power plants, vehicles and protective equipment for workers.

3.30. Controls the restriction of access of unauthorized persons to the territory of the work site, in production premises and in the workplace.

3.31. Organizes the installation of fencing for openings and dangerous areas, ensures compliance with safety requirements when operating scaffolding equipment, prohibiting work from random scaffolding equipment.

3.32. Informs employees about the content of orders, instructions, and regulations on labor protection and organizes their implementation.

3.33. Performs the duties of the responsible for safe work with cranes.

3.34. Maintains labor safety documentation in accordance with established requirements.

3.35. Monitors compliance with the rules for carrying heavy loads and provides workplaces with safety signs.

3.36. Monitors the state of safety regulations and takes measures to eliminate identified deficiencies, violations of labor protection rules, safety regulations, fire safety and industrial sanitation, compliance by workers with instructions on labor protection, production and labor discipline, internal labor regulations, makes proposals to impose disciplinary sanctions on violators.

3.37. Conducts educational work to ensure high performance and labor discipline and prevention of violations of labor safety requirements, the environment created in the team of mutual assistance and exactingness contributes to the development among workers of a sense of responsibility and interest in the timely and high-quality fulfillment of production tasks.

4. RIGHTS The foreman has the right:

4.1. Familiarize yourself with the regulatory and technical documentation relating to its activities.

4.2. Make proposals for improving work related to the responsibilities provided for in these instructions.

4.3. Within the limits of your competence, inform your immediate supervisor about all shortcomings in work identified in the process of carrying out your official duties and make proposals for their elimination.

4.4. Request from departments of the enterprise and individual specialists information and documents necessary to perform his job duties.

5. RESPONSIBILITY

The foreman is responsible for:
