Ball GShK cranes are divided into several types:

1. GShK welded ball valves.

GShK ball valves are classified into groups depending on the climatic design and the transported medium.

In the first case, there are serial production models made of steel 20 in accordance with state standard 1050-88 and withstanding temperature changes from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius, and Nord ball valves, for the production of which 09G2S steel is used, corresponding to state standard 19281 -89, (operating temperatures from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius).

The transported medium of the pipeline determines the division of valves into models with polyurethane and fluoroplastic valve seals.

2. GShK flanged ball valves

Purpose: designed to be installed on pipelines as a shut-off device for both internal and external use.

The presence of floating flanges allows you to install the valve in absolutely any position. Moreover, angular alignment of the mounting holes of the pipeline flanges is not required at all.

Thanks to the flange connection, you have the opportunity to repeatedly mount and dismantle the faucet, provided that the joints are absolutely sealed and can be tightened.

Depending on the climatic version, flanged ball valves can be of standard or northern design (“Nord”). The latter has the ability to operate at lower temperatures.

3. GShK coupling ball valves

Purpose: designed to be installed on pipelines as a shut-off device for both internal and external use.

Today there are 2 main classifications of coupling valves. The first is based on climatic design, the second is based on the transported medium of the pipeline.

The climatic design determines the division of coupling valves into two groups. The first is serial models in steel case(steel 20, corresponding to state standard 1050-88) with an operating temperature from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius. The second group is “Nord” ball valves in a steel case (steel 09G2S, corresponding to state standard 19281-89) with an operating temperature from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius.

The transported medium determines the division of coupling ball valves into models with polyurethane and fluoroplastic sealing of the valve.

4. GShK wafer-type ball valves

Purpose: installed on pipelines to serve as a shut-off valve.

The valve is installed using standard bolts between the mating flanges of the pipeline. If desired, the valve can be equipped with fasteners and counter flanges.

The climatic design determines the division of wafer valves into 2 groups. The first is DN50 ball valves, including standard models (steel 20 state standard 1050-88 and operating temperature from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius) and northern (steel 09G2S state standard 19281-89 and operating temperature from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius). The second group is ball valves DN80 and DN100 (the body is made of D16T alloy, the operating temperature ranges from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius).

5. GShK regulating ball valves

Purpose: designed to be installed on pipelines transporting natural gas, corresponding to state standard 5542-87, as a regulating shut-off device for both internal and external use.

The gas control valve is available in two modifications: standard (operating temperature ranges from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius) and northern (“north”) - from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius. The working pressure is 1.6-2.5 MPa. Tightness class - A, corresponding to state standard 9544-93.

6. GShK union ball valves

The ball valve is equipped with a welded ball nipple and is available in several types depending on the climatic version and the transported medium.

The climatic design determines the division into serial cranes in a steel body (steel 20 of the state standard 1050-88 with an operating temperature from -40 to +80 degrees Celsius) and northern cranes (steel 09G2S of the state standard 19281-89 with an operating temperature from -60 to + 80 degrees Celsius).

The transported medium determines the division of cranes into models with polyurethane and fluoroplastic coating.

7. Gas ball valves GShK with electric drive MEOF

Purpose: Installed on pipelines to perform a function shut-off valves.

The uniqueness of this crane model is the use of an electric drive, consisting of a single-turn actuator operating on electricity, type MEOF, as well as a position indicator.

The electric ball valve has several operating pressures - 1.6, 2.5 and 4.0 MPa. Operating temperature ranges from -60 to +80 degrees Celsius. Tightness class - A, corresponding to state standard 9544-93.
