Do-it-yourself dacha made of OSB. OSB board: solving the main problems of this material

Construction of buildings from OSB type panels - new technology modern world, which today has received rapid development in the building materials market. OSB stands for oriented strand panels. This material consists mostly of wood chips.

OSB panels are made by pressing tree chips under high pressure. coniferous, or aspen. Moreover, during pressing they are folded crosswise. This gives the material maximum strength and, at the same time, flexibility. Resistance to mechanical stress such a plate is even better than analogues, such as plywood.

Why houses made of OSB panels?

Frame buildings using OSB panels are erected in a matter of weeks, in addition, without the use of special heavy construction equipment. By following construction technology, the houses turn out to be very warm. They can even withstand temperature changes from -40 to +40, and they are not afraid of moisture. Elements of the house that are made of SOB panels do not need to be leveled before finishing. A cottage with an area of 200 square meters costs a little more than a million on average for Russia.

The low price paid for the construction of houses from OSB panels is due to the very low costs of funds, due to the low price for a ready-made set of building panels that were produced on factory equipment. In addition, such structures are very lightweight and installation is carried out without problems.

A cheap foundation is prepared for the construction, suitable for a light-weight house.

There are no unexpected financial costs. The house is bought directly from the factory, already fully equipped and packed in boxes, there is no need to make additional purchases. Transportation also does not consume significant amounts of money; in two approaches, a house made of OSB panels has already been delivered to to the right place. Installation is also very cheap; a team of four people will do everything. Controlling the construction of such a house is also very simple.

SIP panel home

The method of constructing buildings from OSB panels has many positive feedback in Western countries: USA, Canada. More than half a century ago, a residential building made of panels quickly provided shelter for millions of European settlers whose homes were destroyed by the war. In America panel houses today one of the most common technologies for building individual houses. Over the past ten years, building materials for such houses, namely OSB panels, have given impetus to a new fashion for housing with low levels of energy consumption and high heat transfer.

In Russia it is so innovative technology The construction of OSB cottages is still at an embryonic level of development. There are too few factories and companies that produce house kits modern type, style, quality. The structure of production of components and companies that specialize in assembling OSB cottages is also not sufficiently developed. Everyone has still been building brick houses, and they are still building them. This habit has already been firmly ingrained in people’s minds for many decades. In addition, such OSB cottages in which special technology construction ready-made structures, has been successfully used in the Russian Arctic, and has been for a very long time. This development leaves no hope for the proliferation of stunningly attractive private homes.

Advantages of OSB technology

  1. OSB kits have decent moisture resistance, strength and lightness. These characteristics of the building material make it stand out when compared with its competitors - wooden houses. Thanks to which, technical stages The construction of a cottage from OSB panels is greatly simplified:
  2. To carry out construction there is no need for the services of expensive lifting equipment. OSB cottages have the necessary fire resistance.
  3. The walls are lightweight, but moisture resistant, and do not oblige you to build an expensive foundation.
  4. The construction of the roof is carried out using the same lightweight and waterproof materials, and also allows the surface to be covered with any material that will additionally protect from precipitation.
  5. The set of such a house fits in a maximum of two trucks.
  6. Moreover, let us repeat the main advantage of OSB cottages - they cost from 5 thousand rubles per square meter in the current construction market. Moreover, there are organizations in almost every city that offer the sale of a complete house at once, and all other construction services. True, in addition to the complete set of the house, other services will cost quite a lot of money, and instead of a million rubles, you will have to spend up to 5 million.

Types of OSB boards

When constructing a building from OSB panels, 4 are used different types panels, each has different characteristics, and is aimed at a specific task, with already calculated loads. This is how maximum savings are achieved.

  1. OSB of the first and second types have low resistance to mechanical loads, and also do not tolerate moisture well. Such slabs are very cheap and are used to create partitions inside the house, and they are also used to create walls in other types of structures, for example, made of brick.
  2. OSB of the third and fourth have a façade direction. Such slabs are more expensive, durable, high quality, and have the most best characteristics. This is understandable, because the well-being of the entire house directly depends on them. Note that the OSB-3 grade is most often used in Russia.

Safety of OSB construction

Projects of such cottages, which were built from OSB panels, undergo appropriate examination in the Russian Federation. Since 2012, such verification has been carried out both by government forces and private firms. For this reason, anyone who decides to build such a house must at least select the project he needs and require a safety check of the future OSB cottage in the following areas:

  1. safety of the structure during operation;
  2. reliability, durability of a house made of OSB panels;
  3. feasibility of using building material;
  4. validity of rational use of construction resources;
  5. level compliance architectural solutions and structural strength.

OSB cottages also have opponents; you can easily evaluate the qualitative side of their arguments by comparing them with the actual results of the examination from the organization. In addition, all the necessary parameters of OSB panels are already indicated in the documentation when purchasing them.

Types of frame house construction

Currently, two technologies for the construction of frame buildings are usually used.

1. Using OSB panels, they simply sheathe the frame, which is built as the main supporting structure. This technique used in the construction of hangars, warehouses and other structures in which insulation is not required, and aesthetic considerations can be discarded.

Covering the frame with OSB panels

In certain cases this frame construction, which is lined with OSB panels, is additionally insulated with mineral material. Moreover, inner side buildings made of OSB panels are also covered. Certain disadvantages of this technique are that the insulation system is ultimately imperfect; drafts persist at some joints.

In this case, the quality of the construction itself is not well controlled. Which, in turn, depends on the quality of the product you purchase on the construction market. As a rule, this applies to lumber for load-bearing elements. Poorly dried wood products can affect the configuration and significantly reduce the thermal insulation performance of the building. The wood itself should first be treated with antiseptic agents to add fire resistance to it. Which, of course, will entail additional costs time.

2. This is a technology for using OSB panels throughout the entire structure, including as a load-bearing element. Three-layer sandwich panels are suitable for this. They look like two OSB panels + polyurethane foam between them. This OSB panel has not only interesting view, but also has an original fastening system. All such sandwich panels are produced at industrial equipment. Such houses are built quickly from a team of 4 people; the most minimal skills are enough.

OSB sandwich panel technology

The main advantages of this high-speed construction technology low-rise buildings they just lie on the surface.

  1. It is possible to build a building up to three floors;
  2. We solve any architectural problems - construction of houses from OSB panels;
  3. Buildings are erected in any climatic zone planet, operation begins on the day the walls, roof, and floor are erected. Necessities interior decoration no or it can be delayed;
  4. Cash costs for maintaining this house are minimal. Important role A correctly constructed foundation plays a role here, which guarantees the absence of shrinkage of the walls, including distortions and other defects.

An example of a house made of OSB panels

How to build a house from OSB panels

The foundation always lies in the longevity of a building. For a building constructed from OSB panels, the most the best foundation will be piled. Moreover, when buried, it should be lower than the level at which the soil freezes. This will ensure the proper strength of the support, and at the same time will not push the piles out of the ground, which will ensure their stability in their original form for decades. The strip foundation has a disadvantage that is critical in in this case. But it is easily resolved. If you design your basement correctly, sewage, water, and other utilities.

Which panels are suitable for building a house?

As soon as you finish building the foundation and waterproof it, you will need to lay a support board around the perimeter of this foundation, which will repeat the structure of the future house. Moreover, the width of the board should correspond to the width of the panel groove. In addition, you must correctly use sealing elements when making the connection support boards, panels, and at the same time when you fasten them with screws and other parts.

Vertical guides, which will provide a strong connecting OSB panels, will have the form of bars, which are connected in pairs using self-tapping screws. Moreover, the width of the block should be directly equal to the groove width. Which means the boards that are joined fit flush into the groove. Self-tapping screws from the outside and inside of the groove will help you firmly connect the structure, and the gap should be 15 cm.

The corners of a building made of OSB panels will have to be connected using boards to the edge of the corner panel into the groove of the adjacent corner panel. Regarding the floor, ceiling - apply special panels narrow type, which are designed for significant vertical loads.

The method of quickly erecting cottages today is gaining popularity, little by little, but gaining. In Russia, every person wants to live in a new, their own home, without many years of work and modifications, costs and additional purchases. The houses themselves made from OSB panels are very cheap, and the trend is leading to even lower prices.

A frame house is the most acceptable option for those who want to get good housing in the shortest possible time. Most residents of any country do not have enough money to build luxury mansions, so inexpensive buildings from particle boards found everywhere. They are equipped with all life support systems, and living in them is no less comfortable than in brick and block cottages. A house made of OSB, built, insulated and furnished with your own hands, will serve its owner for many years.

Advantages and disadvantages of frame

  • requires less cash costs than houses made from any other building materials;
  • in terms of construction speed we can only compare with buildings made from sandwich panels, but the main material from which they are made is also OSB;
  • warm;
  • can be built for any project;
  • does not require a strong foundation;
  • thanks to the smooth and flat surface With OSB boards, the cost of finishing the building is minimal.
  • not as durable as buildings made of brick and stone. But it will serve faithfully for more than 50 years;

OSB board is a universal material.

It is also suitable for constructing formwork (after dismantling it is used again), external and internal walls, roofs, floors, and partitions.

This material has a lot of advantages: it is easy to saw, drill, durable, moisture-resistant, durable. All types finishing materials mounted on it as simply as on drywall. For the walls of an OSB house, a sufficient thickness of the slab will be 9 mm, for the floor - at least 12 mm.

Shallow-buried monolithic concrete strip

For this building optimal choice will strip foundation. Whether to make it recessed or not depends on individual characteristics site and climate in the region of residence. If the depth of soil freezing does not exceed 80 cm, then you can fearlessly erect an MZL (shallow strip foundation). You can do it yourself, like all frame house without involving assistants. Now there are many examples of how a developer single-handedly builds his home from OSB.

Construction stages:

  • marking and planning of the construction site;
  • formation of a trench along the perimeter and lines of non-load-bearing walls;
  • leveling and compacting the soil at the bottom of the trench;
  • waterproofing using roofing felt or water-repellent membranes;
  • filling with sand to a thickness of 5-7 cm, leveling and compacting;
  • filling with gravel or crushed stone to a thickness of 15-20 cm, leveling and compacting;
  • installation of formwork;
  • laying reinforcing mesh;
  • pouring concrete;

Other types of foundations for houses made from OSB boards

If the soil on the site is stable, you can make a columnar or columnar-strip foundation. The first is good for its efficiency and ease of construction. In the second case, the supports are tied with a grillage - a concrete strip formed using formwork. Their construction principles are the same. As pillars, you can use both ready-made factory products and those made independently using asbestos-cement pipes or roofing felt rolled into a tube of the required diameter.

Foundations on screw piles are characterized by increased reliability. It is good because each support is screwed into the ground below its freezing point. Therefore, heaving forces do not act on such a foundation for a building. For frame the best option there will be a pile with a diameter of 89 mm and a length of 2-2.5 m. The supports are installed using a hole drill or a hydraulic drill on the base of an excavator, so it is important to provide access for this equipment. But there is technology self-installation screw piles. It is used by those developers who want to save money on renting special equipment.

Construction of walls from OSB boards

  1. First, the lower frame is built from timber with a cross-section of 15x15 cm. It is laid directly on a concrete strip or other supports and is pulled to them with metal brackets.
  2. Markings are made in the harness: the location of door and window openings is determined.
  3. A frame is built from vertical posts. The material is boards 2.5-3 cm thick. Double boards are mounted in corners, intersections of walls, and doorways. To make it easier to work with lumber, it can be passed through a surface planer. This will ensure the board is of equal thickness and width and will be smooth on all sides. All lumber should be treated with an antiseptic before starting construction.
  4. The boards in the frame are installed with their ends inward and outward of the future building. Insulation will be laid between them, so their width should be sufficient (at least 20 cm for northern regions and 15 for the southern ones).
  5. After the frame of the walls of the first floor is built, you need to begin either installation rafter system, or to a similar add-on for attic floor. During construction, any developer strives to quickly build a roof so that the lumber does not suffer from bad weather. For this reason, the sheathing of the frame is postponed until the roof is erected.
  6. Fastening the boards to each other and to the bottom and top harness produced using metal corners and wood screws.

Installation of the rafter system and roof cladding with OSB boards

  1. According to the house design, a roof truss is built. The basic rule of work at this stage: the rafter installed on one side must be compensated by the opposite one. That is, you cannot first build one side of the truss and then take on the opposite.
  2. The rafters are attached to the floor beams using brackets, and to the ridge using self-tapping screws.
  3. If the length of the roof slope is greater than the length of the rafters, then you will have to double them, splice them using an adjustment bar, which must have the same width as the rafter board.
  4. Upon completion, they begin to install the pediments. In order to maintain the vertical, a cord is pulled between the rafters, which will serve as a guide during installation.
  5. The roof is covered with OSB boards. If in the case of walls it is permissible to lay slabs in any direction, horizontal and vertical, the roof is arranged in such a way that the particle board panels are positioned with their long side along the slopes.
  6. After this stage of work, they begin cladding the gables.

DIY OSB House

If you have bought a plot of land and you need a small but beautiful temporary shed, which can later become a guest house, you have come to the right place. From this post you will learn how in a couple of weeks you can independently build a house from OSB with your own hands, which can later be converted into a small guest house.

Look step by step photos from the construction site, determine for yourself a plan for future construction, using this material as a basis. You can have your own house dimensions, the main thing is to understand the principle frame construction. I give you an idea, and you can modernize something for yourself. Plus, as a bonus video, I’ll show you how we built a frame frame on our site (video at the end of the article).

The OSB house was made by hand, built frame method. This is the fastest and most economical construction option. My husband and I are also supporters of this type of structure - both on a budget and one person, even without assistants, is able to build a completely functional house in a season.

DIY OSB house - dimensions and materials

3.6 x 3.6 m, wall height 2.5 m, height to ridge 4.5 m.

The frame is wooden, in the corners and near the doors you will need 10 x 10 cm timber. Then, along the contour, install racks in 60 cm increments with a section of 2.5 x 10 cm. The front and rear walls are made with a pediment.

In one wall, where windows are installed, thicker racks will be required - a double board 2.5 x 10 cm. Roof rafters are installed in increments of 60 cm, the ridge is made of timber with a section of 5 x 15 cm. A lath of thin boards is nailed across the rafters.

Upon completion of the work, the walls of the house should be sheathed on the outside with OSB sheets, insulated from the inside with mineral wool, and covered with clapboard or OSB, windows and doors should be inserted. The floor of the house is made of boards along joists, also insulated with mineral wool.

The inside walls of the house are sheathed with sheets of plywood or clapboard. Between the outer and inner cladding should be laid roll insulation. If desired, you can use a more expensive material - drywall.

You can make the ceiling from sheets of plywood, or you can sheathe the roof slopes from the inside along the rafters with plywood, having previously laid insulation. As insulation, you can use sheets of foam plastic, penoplex or any roll insulation.

If desired, the attic can also be used as a bedroom - if you make small beds for sleeping and a ladder to the top. At the entrance you can make a small canopy with a porch

How we built a frame country house from OSB

This video shows the stages of construction of our country house. This season we managed to sheathe the outside of the house with OSB, cover the roof, hang the door, and lay the subfloor. We will continue next season...

The second part - wall insulation - do-it-yourself OSB house

An OSB frame house is a reliable and inexpensive building, the cladding of which can be done independently. To construct a building, you should select suitable material and correctly fasten all the parts.

Oriented strand boards have high strength. In terms of their characteristics, they significantly exceed many wood products that are used in the construction of houses.

OSB boards are made from wood chips, which are laid out in several layers and pressed under high pressure. Each wood layer is impregnated with a special adhesive. The mutually perpendicular construction of wood chips significantly increases the wear resistance of the boards.

OSB panels have high performance properties:

  1. Ease of processing the material. The slabs can be sawed, cut and sanded. There are no cracks in the cut areas.
  2. Strength. In terms of durability and rigidity, OSB is not inferior to a strong board. Due to its dense fibrous structure, the material can be fastened using various fasteners - staples, screws or nails. Also, the panels are well connected with any construction adhesive solution.
  3. Resistance to atmospheric changes. Sheets high quality are exposed additional processing from fungus and mold. This manufacturing technology allows it to withstand rainfall and withstand temperature changes well.
  4. Light weight of the product. A nine-millimeter panel weighs no more than twenty kilograms. Therefore, it is easy to transport and move during construction.

Approximately, chipboard material is a harmless material, since it consists of natural wood particles, and the content of adhesive substances in it does not exceed three percent. Due to the smooth surface of the slab, there is no need for additional processing before painting and cladding.

OSB panels, due to their homogeneous structure, do not peel or split. Compared to others natural materials, which are used to construct buildings, particle boards have a low cost.

Which slabs are suitable for building a frame house?

Frame house made of OSB panels

Roughly, particle boards are divided into four categories, depending on the manufacturing method and construction purpose. Each type of material has its own characteristics that affect the scope of use in construction:

  1. OSB 1. The material has low resistance to moisture and a reduced level of strength. It is used to produce packaging, furniture or upholstery.
  2. OSB 2. The board is not water resistant and belongs to the medium hardness category. Well suited for making wall partitions in dry rooms.
  3. OSB 3. A moisture-resistant product that can be used for the construction of load-bearing partitions.
  4. OSB 4. High-strength material resistant to various mechanical influences. Such panels are not exposed to moisture and tolerate temperature changes well. Used for various types construction.

For construction frame houses oriented strand panels of the third class are most often used.

Such a universal material has all the characteristics necessary for the construction of buildings.

Instructions for building a house from OSB boards

For the construction of a frame building, slabs are often ordered according to the dimensions of a pre-prepared project.

Construction of the foundation

OSB panels are enough lightweight material, therefore for the structure suitable for home any type of foundation. Most often, a tape base is used, which is easy to make yourself:

  • after leveling the construction area, carry out a complete marking of the site according to the planned layout;
  • dig a trench at a depth that depends on the characteristics of the soil and the level of its freezing - from eighty centimeters to one and a half meters;
  • compact the soil at the bottom of the depression;
  • cover with two layers of waterproofing material;
  • sprinkle the mixture on top - one bucket of sand and three identical containers of crushed stone;
  • install formwork from OSB panels;
  • install a reinforced frame in the trench;
  • do it on top concrete pouring and level it using a hydraulic level.

After complete hardening concrete mortar The foundation is covered with film material for waterproofing.

After this, a wooden frame which includes:

  • tying the bottom with logs;
  • installation of vertical supports for walls;
  • securing floor boards and joists;
  • construction of a roof truss system from beams.

The finished wooden frame is sheathed with high-quality oriented strand panels.

Floor covering

OSB panels are connected on joists with straight edges. Around each particle board there should be a three-millimeter gap.

The sheets are laid with their central axis perpendicular to the bars on the floor. Each slab must be connected to the previous OSB panel on joists or have additional support at the ends with a special tongue-and-groove fastening.

The sheets are fastened with nails. For additional contraction strength, adhesive solutions are used.

Fastening OSB boards to walls

For finishing load-bearing structures They use oriented particle material twelve millimeters thick. To improve thermal insulation, the openings are initially filled with mineral wool.

Installation of sheets on walls can be carried out both horizontally and vertically. In window and doorways The panels are connected with a gap of three millimeters.

The slabs are fastened using ring or spiral nails. At the connection of the chip sheets, they are driven in every fifteen centimeters, and towards the supports the distance between the nails is doubled.

Installation of OSB panels on the roof

The quality of the reinforcement of the sheathing depends on the evenness of the roof frame base. For installation, strong materials are selected damaged panels that were properly stored and transported.

Short sections of sheets are connected on wall and ceiling supports. The remaining panels for fastening must have tongue and groove markings at the ends and rest on auxiliary supports. Each OSB sheet must rest on at least two wooden bases.

The sheathing is secured with spiral nails fifty-one millimeters long. On the rafter sheathing, the fastenings are mounted at a distance of thirty millimeters, and at the connection of the edges of the slabs, nails are driven in every fifteen centimeters.

A minimum gap of one centimeter must be maintained from the edge of the OSB panel to the screws or nails. When lining the chimney, the distance required by the building safety rules is maintained.

Fastening OSB material carried out according to established rules:

  • leave a ten-meter gap between the panels and the foundation to protect against moisture;
  • maintain a distance between nails or screws of at least fifteen centimeters;
  • when screwing in the fastener, retreat one centimeter from the edge of the sheet;
  • Do not connect the panels tightly, leave a three-millimeter gap between them.

It is not difficult to build a frame house from OSB panels. The main thing is to pour a strong foundation, build the frame smoothly and sheath it with oriented strand sheets in accordance with all the rules for their installation.

The desire to get a house in the most short terms and by reasonable price will be the main factor when choosing of this type housing construction. In all countries of the world you can find houses made of OSB, because many people do not have enough money to build a mansion from other materials. Living in them is comfortable due to the fact that they have everything basic characteristics and are almost as good as houses built from, for example, brick or aerated concrete.

Advantages:

One of the disadvantages is the operating time. It is less than that of buildings made of strong materials. Housing will be of high quality for at least 50 years.

It is possible to use OSB boards in different options. They can be partitions between rooms, main walls, or used when installing the roof. This is a virtually waste-free material, since after dismantling it can be used as formwork.

The slabs have a huge number of advantages: they are easy to drill, quickly sawed, quite durable, and moisture resistant. Various types of finishing materials are easy to apply and attach. Walls minimum thickness 9 mm will be reliable and of high quality; it is recommended to install slabs from 12 mm on the floor.

What type of foundation should I choose?

An excellent solution would be to use a strip foundation. It is made in-depth. A shallow foundation can be used when the soil freezes no more than 80 cm. With several helpers it will be quite possible self-build foundation and house. To save money in recent years developers are increasingly relying on their own strength and building the frame themselves.

Main stages of foundation construction:

Additional types of foundation

At stable ground columnar foundation will great solution, columnar-ribbon type is also possible. In the first option, the main advantage will be ease of construction and cost-effectiveness. In the second, dressings with a grillage between the supports will be used. The construction is based on same principles. The pillars can be made at a factory or at home using asbestos-cement pipes.

It is possible to achieve high strength during foundation installation by using screw piles. Each support is installed below the ground freezing level, this helps to increase reliability. The best solution there will be piles measuring 89 mm in diameter and 2-2.5 m in length. Installation of supports is not complete without a hydraulic drill based on an excavator. This fact should be taken into account and a timely provision of territory for the operation of this equipment. Using technology to save money manual installation, but it is an order of magnitude more difficult and is not always possible.

Assembling walls using OSB boards

Roof installation

  1. Having designed the type of roof, we begin construction. The main principle during work can be called the order of installation of rafters, namely a two-sided view. You cannot build one side of the roof and build the other; they must be mounted in parallel.
  2. The rafters are fastened with brackets to the beams, and to the central base with self-tapping screws.
  3. Sometimes the length of the rafters turns out to be less than the roof slope, so a special overhead beam with a width similar to the rafter board is used.
  4. Next, the gables are installed. You need to stretch the rope between the rafters (the so-called orientation cord).
  5. Next, the roof is sheathed with OSB boards. When installing walls, use any type of fastening: vertical or horizontal. When making a roof, it is necessary to lay the panel along the slope with the long side.
  6. The final stage will be covering the gables.

Floor insulation and wall covering

For high-quality operation, it is important to leave a gap of more than 2 mm when constructing walls; this will allow the slabs to freely expand and contract under the influence of climatic conditions. Produced full installation walls from the foundation to the roof. Openings remain for installing doors and windows. Then you need to start insulation. The most popular materials for thermal insulation today remain polystyrene foam or mineral wool. They often talk about the harmfulness of the substance styrene, but it is released only during the smoldering of polystyrene foam. In other cases, it is completely safe for human health and life.

The main disadvantage of mineral wool is the loss of its qualities when exposed to water. It is necessary to ensure high-quality ventilation; for this you will need to build a frame of wooden blocks on which the cotton wool itself will be installed. It is necessary to carefully monitor the laying of the material, preventing the formation of cold bridges.

When choosing foam plastic thermal insulation material There are always gaps. They need to be blown out polyurethane foam. Laying down mineral wool in two layers, you can overlap the joints of the first, which will allow you to achieve high quality. Having completed the insulation, the interior walls are sheathed. The roof of the house is insulated in the same manner. If the floor covering is in the foreground, this will make it possible to work more comfortably during the construction of walls. Insulation occurs using polystyrene foam. It is laid between the beams, and the top is sewn with durable and moisture-resistant plywood.

The final stage of finishing outside and inside the house

  1. The main materials for flooring can be considered parquet, linoleum and laminate. Thanks to excellent quality OSB boards can be used ceramic tiles in the toilet, bathroom and, of course, in the kitchen. In recent years, the installation of a system called “warm floor” has become popular, which will not in any way affect the reliability of particle boards. They, of course, can be varnished, but for this procedure it is necessary to first sand the surface.
  2. To work with internal walls there are many various types building materials. OSB walls can be painted and primed well. It is not recommended to use plaster.
  3. Outside the house, slabs are used very rarely, but when there is a lack of funds, they are installed. After priming and painting the walls, they are trimmed with bars and painted in a different color.

When choosing a façade finish, you can use any type of material. By building a house from OSB boards, you will save a lot and be able to make a high-quality finish.
