One of most important tasks in the field of security in Russia is to ensure safety in production and facilities with increased fire and explosion hazards, including terrorist danger.

In hazardous industries, the equipment of access control and management systems is often subject to specific requirements, for example, the requirement of explosion protection.
It is precisely for such explosive premises that our company has developed and started serial production of remote-controlled locking devices - the most reliable electromagnetic locks in explosion-proof design, products that until now were absent on the Russian market of explosion-proof equipment. Electromagnetic locks are locking devices of the highest degree of reliability, since they do not have mechanically wearing parts. The AL-MAL-FL lock is installed in indoor and outdoor installations, gas and dust hazardous zones of classes 1 and 2 in accordance with GOST R 51330, PUE ch. 7.3 and has explosion protection marking 1ExmaIIT4 X/Ex maD 21 Т80°С Х.
It has a built-in lock status control with a relay output based on a Hall sensor.
Both types of electromagnetic locks are supplied with an attached cable and cable glands of different designs:
■ for open laying of the connected cable;
■ for laying the connected cable in a pipe;
■ for laying the connected cable in a metal hose;
■ with attached armored cable.
The length of the connected cable is determined by the customer's requirement.
